for it to be personal involvement with the actual chapter 11 you would have to be the one filing it... you were not directly involved with the chapter 11 but personally effected.

i don't really care either way, maybe your mom filed for chapter 11 but you still don't know what you're talking about.

that's my point... being effected by something isn't the same thing as being involved with it. It doesn't give you more insight to it... from what i can tell, the only thing you know about chapter 11 is that you lost your job, which is a bad thing, but it really doesn't say anything about chapter 11 itself...

and i have been hanging at Mezco's board, but it's still kind of a morgue around there...

It's not Twist's money until Todd writes the check. And the way I figure it, is Todd has filed chapter 11 to show no profits and huge debts. Cant get blood from a turnip. This is why Todd has more than one company.

Why would he do that for the Twist case? As it's only the Spawn Production side that has been filed for chapter 11. Not the toys division!

Although this could explain why something regarding the Spawn 2 movie has yet to see some daylight.
